God provides comfort for every situation

Truth:

God provides comfort for every situation.

Recent weeks have put me in a place of grieving for a dear Lady from my Sunday school class, for a family member, a young prayer warrior in our church, a man of God that influenced my life thirty years ago, and the son of a special friend Lady in my class.

WOW! Where do you turn? I was so thankful that God prepared my heart by allowing me to share first with friends and family members during the service for my dear Lady from my class. I was searching for TRUTH that would sustain me, not just for the moment, but for every moment of every day moving forward.

So, I decided if I needed these Truths, then someone else could use these Words. Here are some just for YOU.

Take a moment and read each slowly and let God talk directly to You. Grief comes with death, yes. But there are many other things that cause us to grieve.

Remember the writings of Paul that: we are confident, yes, pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. (2 Corinthians 5:8)

In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. John 14:2-3

Is Jesus preparing Your mansion right now?

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

2 Corinthians 1:3-4

The Lord is my shepherd;

I shall not want.

He makes me to lie down in green pastures;

He leads me beside the still waters.

He restores my soul;

He leads me in the paths of righteousness

For His name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,

I will fear no evil;

For You are with me;

Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;

You anoint my head with oil;

My cup runs over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me

All the days of my life;

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord

Forever. Psalm 23

When Jesus comes into your life to be your Savior, You are at that moment, now, continuing in His Presence for all eternity.

Do you know you will meet your loved ones again in heaven? Romans 3:23 says, For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

We can’t work our way to heaven. We are separated from God by our sins, our wrong doings, our bad choices. We must choose Jesus.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16-17

To choose Jesus we must confess. If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9-10

Be sure today that you know you know Jesus and have asked Him into your life. Jesus is ready with open arms for You to join Him in His home for You in heaven forever. He will also give you His Spirit when He comes into your life. And the Holy Spirit will help You understand these words—from His heart to yours.

Because of the Lord’s faithful love we do not perish, for His mercies never end. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness! I say, “The Lord is my portion, therefore I will put my hope in Him.” Lamentations 3:22-24

Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all. 2 Thessalonians 3:16

In His Faithfulness & Service,
